Helen Stenhouse
Associate
Helen is AWA's Workplace PIN Coordinator. She has a MA in Human Resource Management and is an Associate of the CIPD. Helen has a broad range of consultancy experience in Facilities Management, Knowledge Management and HR. Helen has managed a large property portfolio for the public sector including a substantial change procurement programme. Helen has implemented a knowledge management strategy for the National College for School Leadership.

Wes McGregor
Director
Wes is a founding AWA Director with specific responsibility for AWA's Workplace Development specialism. He has led many Agile Working assignments for clients including AXA, BAA, BP, Pfizer, Microsoft, Environment Agency, Grosvenor, Littlewoods, Lloyds TSB, Nationwide Building Society, RBS and Standard Life and is co-author of the book Facilities Management and the Business of Space.

Clare Danahay
Associate
Clare is a qualified workplace consultant and interior designer with over 10 years experience in commercial practice with a specialism in workplace design. Clare has experience worked for some major brands including BT, ghd (winner of BCO best Office Design) and Corus. Recent experience included a workplace strategy and design for Rotherham Council, Asda and Talisman Energy.

Karen Plum
Director of Consulting
Karen specialises in the implementation of change strategies associated with the introduction of flexible and agile ways of working. She has companies such as RBS, Microsoft, Nationwide, Morgan Stanley and Lloyds Banking Group in this area. Karen is a business studies graduate who spent 15 years in HR and general management roles in the financial services sector, prior to joining AWA 14 years ago.

Graham is responsible for organisational and performance reviews of business services. He has conducted many service management reviews for major corporations and is accredited under the ISEB for IT Service Management. From his early career in the oil industry, Graham developed as an IT professional, working with organisations such as Esso and ICL.

Associate
Olivia is an experienced workplace professional. Having achieved a first degree in Business and Management and a Masters degree in Facilities Management, Olivia held positions with Kier Group and Drivers Jonas managing projects and providing FM services for clients. Since joining AWA Olivia has been involved in research and designing web based analysis tools for determining advance workplace requirements.

Marjorie is a highly experienced Change Management specialist. She has 20 years financial services sector experience with organisations including Royal Sun Alliance where she led many change projects before becoming a management consultant. Marjorie has worked with AWA for 5 years during which time she has worked on a number of projects for clients including Standard Life, The Home Office, Royal Bank of Scotland AEA technology, UKBA and Asda.

Chris Wood
Senior Associate
Chris joined AWA in 2003 and adds to our expertise in outsourcing and service management. Prior to joining AWA, Chris was a Senior Executive within BP for 35 years, holding a variety of FM and Procurement related roles. He was the architect of BP's well-documented FM outsourcing in Europe and, more recently, in the USA. Chris is on the BIFM Board and Members Council and chairs the Professional Standards & Education Committee.
