AWA has undertaken a number of projects in partnership with this client at their European HQ in the Thames Valley. These began with research into flexible working experiences with other leading organisations, and progressed to the development of a flexible working policy along with the development of specific tools to assist with its deployment.
Most recently AWA worked as part of the project team responsible for delivering a new building for 600 staff on its existing campus. This new building was to be occupied under their new way of occupying and managing space - to deliver business and real estate benefits.
AWA's role within the project was to work with the business management and occupying teams to ensure their requirements were met, and that they made the most of this opportunity to use their space and facilities in a way that would derive real benefit in the way they do business.
AWA took the business representatives and managers through a programme of change support activities to ensure they were prepared for the change to a new way of working and operating in the new building and ran a staff survey to collect post occupancy feedback to inform the project team as and the business as to the project's success.
