Agile Working Bootcamp – Come and join us to discover the basics of delivering Agile Working
Dates: Spring 2017 – dates tbc
Venue : Moorgate, London
AWA is delighted to offer a “Bootcamp” in Agile Working – a 2 day comprehensive course designed to give you a solid grounding & understanding of how to deliver agile working in your organisation. Come and learn from the professionals!
This highly interactive course addresses practical, organisational and behavioural challenges in delivering agile, drawing on AWA’s 20 years experience supporting clients and members of the Workplace PIN – for whom it was designed.
Course numbers are intentionally small – a max of 10 (min of 6) to give you plenty of time for discussion and thinking things through. A mix of people from different companies enables different experiences, ideas and issues/approaches to be shared.
What the delegates say:
“I really liked and appreciated the interactive nature of the delivery of the module, rather than lecture style. It really helped internalise the information.”
“Gave me better insight of the behavioural and cultural aspects of agile working. Up until yesterday my focus was purely on the workplace aspects.”
“The group attending the course was great because it involved professionals from similar industries so comparisons discussions were more relevant.”
“Best course I have ever been on!”
“I found the <exercises> interesting, to be encouraged to see the process from the point of view of key players within the business. As my role is focused on the end result, the look and feel, I’ve left the training with a stronger appreciation for the difficulties my colleagues selling this way of working have been, and will continue to face.”
“The course was very enjoyable with a good mix of people around the table and presented in a relaxed but focused manner.”
We expect to announce dates for our Spring 2017 course soon – please check back. We are also happy to run additional courses where there is demand, so please contact Karen Plum firstname.lastname@example.org or call 020 7743 7110 to discuss your requirements.
