We work out the appropriateness of applying Advanced Working in your organisation and present the 'case for change' to business leaders.
AWA work with clients through an in-depth study process that objectively assesses the evidence for transition to Advanced Working. We examine how people work, where they could work, the effectiveness of their workplaces, and the appropriateness of the infrastructure all set against a backdrop of business drivers before setting out a ‘Workplace Proposition’, the case for change. The proposition is used to engender debate and clarify thinking before securing support for change from those with the power to bring it about.
Implementation
We co-ordinate the design of the workplace, work practices, tools and technology needed to deliver the Advanced Workplace.
AWA play an ongoing part in the project team, co-ordinating, and influencing the work of interior designers, technologists, project managers and engineers to develop detailed designs, booking regimes, technology solutions, policies, protocols and change programmes that together deliver the Workplace Proposition. We undertake Post Occupancy evaluations and work with leaders to make sure the new ways of working are properly bedded in.
Culture Change
We design and manage behavioural change programmes to prepare people at all levels ready for the change to Advanced Working.
To make Advanced Working work, everyone involved needs to be comfortable with the new workplace behaviours and practices. AWA develop and deliver change programme that make sure every individual in the organisation is mentally prepared for change and has the chance make sense of it for themselves. The change process requires leaders at all levels to be trained and equipped for a deep engagement with staff so that implementation is smooth and it has a positive impact upon motivation and morale.
