» New Featured Tool - Workplace Utilisation Study
AWA are pleased to announce the introduction of a new service for our customers which makes available on-line a range of assessment and development tools which we have been using for some time now with our clients. These tools have been been designed to help businesses and individuals make decisions about important changes to their working practices and their working environments. They have an easy-to-use questionnaire design, and produce a "profile" or "narrative" at the end based upon the responses of the user.
It should be stressed that whilst each tool has been produced after extensive research by AWA, they are NOT meant to supply users with definitive solutions to the factors that they assess. Rather, they should serve as an "entry point" into the decision making process, to give you an initial assessment of the appropriateness of deploying a particular course of action or business strategy, such as making a job or position open to flexible working. In almost all cases it is likely that further work will need to be done before a final decision can be made.
