Workplace Consulting Project Leaders

We are seeking talented, enthusiastic and self sufficient Project Leaders to manage and lead our Workplace Transformation projects with some of the world’s top organisations.

Candidates should have a demonstrable track record of implementing Advanced or Flexible Working concepts on a large scale within large private or public sector organisations. You will have worked as senior consultant within a major consultancy practice or have been an internal consultant/manager within a large organisation.

Pre-requisites for the job will be excellent interpersonal skills, a demonstrable track record in operating and influencing at a senior business level and managing multi-disciplined project teams. A good working knowledge of IT, Architecture, Interior Design and Change Management  is a necessity and a specialism in one or more of these subjects is highly desirable.  

In exchange we are offering the opportunity to work within a highly professional multi-disciplinary team on technically and behaviourally challenging projects with some of the world’s biggest companies.

We don’t do ‘9-5’…. but we do provide a range of flexible models from full-time employment to self-employment to fit in with lifestyle aspirations. Remuneration is negotiable dependent upon experience and fit with our specification. 

Although initially the successful candidate will spend 3 days a week at our centre at No1 Cornhill, London, following a successful induction period we would expect most time to be spent working at home or as part of a team on client sites throughout the UK, Europe or North America.
