Driving Tangible Business Value from Workplace Transformation
15:00–18:30 on 12 October 2017 at Willis Towers Watson, Boston
‘Enlightened leaders are seeing workplace transformation as a tool for modernising their organisations’. On October 12th in Boston, Advanced Workplace Associates is holding a complimentary Performance Innovation Network session to inform the business leaders of Boston about workplace transformation and how to measure its success. The session is 100% complimentary and offers the opportunity to learn and network with like minded innovative professionals.
There’s a growing recognition amongst business leaders that business success depends on the individual and collective ingenuity, creativity, energy and effectiveness of their people. For years the only agenda’s around the workplace world were cost and efficiency but the debate is shifting to how we use the workplace to maximise human and organisational performance. Asset productivity matters, but human performance matters more.
This presents an opportunity for COO’s leaders in HR, Real Estate and Facilities Management leaders to demonstrate new value through Workplace Transformation.
We’re bringing senior leaders in Real Estate, Facilities and HR, to debate the issues in an interactive forum designed to answer the following questions.
- What do leaders actually want from their organisations, work and places?
- What are the sources of tangible business value that flow from Workplace Transformation?
- What does success look like in workplace transformation? How do we measure it?
- What are the key factors to consider during workplace transformation and ongoing workplace management performance?
