Ankita Gupta is a Business Intelligence Specialist at Advanced Workplace Associates (AWA) with a focus on Program and Project Controls.
She is an expert in advanced data analysis with the goal to turn data into meaningful insights, thus facilitating effective reporting and decision making. She aims to make project management leaner, focusing on continuous improvement, and increasing efficiencies. She also has extensive experience in the areas of project governance, cost controls, scheduling, and Earned Value Management (EVM). Her analytical thinking and in-depth knowledge of tools used in our industry makes her an integral part of the team.
She is a Civil Engineer, with a Masters in Construction Engineering and Management, and has more than 13 years of experience in the Construction and Real Estate industry. She started her career with working on the field at Power Generation Hydro projects, and since then has worked on Tenant Improvement for various projects in the residential and commercial sectors in Seattle, Washington, Capital Planning and Project Management Office for PG&E in Northern California, Project Controls for Meta Data Centers across the U.S., Space Planning for BART Headquarters in Oakland, California, Business Intelligence and advanced reporting for PSCU, Kaiser Permanente etc.
She was the Team leader for LEED: EB+OM (Existing Building Operations and Maintenance) Silver certification of Rawls Hall, Purdue Krannert building (2012) which is one of the most challenging projects she worked on.
