An interdisciplinary strategist, planner, creative and entrepreneur, Celeste operates at the intersection of business operations, workplace and innovation.
She has held leadership roles as both end-user/occupier and workplace strategy consultant on technically and organizationally complex, challenging projects for clients in the public, private and philanthropy sectors including Alaska Airlines, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, City & County of Honolulu, Seattle Public Utilities and T-Mobile.
Celeste is passionate about developing and implementing integrated, agile workplace strategies to support change and transformation at every level of an organization and has been a core member of both national and local workplace think tank/consortiums.
Celeste has a Masters in Design (Strategy & Planning) from the Institute of Design, Illinois Institute of Technology and a BA, Interior Design from Michigan State University.
