Katie Best’s role at AWA is to design and deliver high impact executive training and development to improve workplace management and practices.
Katie brings to AWA nearly two decades of experience in this field. She holds a PhD in Management (with a focus on workplaces and interaction) and has worked for and with universities including London School of Economics, King’s College London and Cass Business School. She has published papers and presented at conferences on the impact of workspace design on interaction and practice. She has also consulted on the same topic for a range of organisations. She uses her experience to create executive education events that equip leaders with the knowledge, skills and confidence to operate at the highest levels in their organisations, and to transition to workplace management.
