Lisa Whited has a passion for improving workplaces. She is a design thinker, change management guru, leader, and community builder. Lisa is experienced in working with leaders who don’t want to settle for “good enough” and whose companies tend to show up on the Best Places To Work lists.
As a workplace consultant she has provided workplace strategy and change management services to MBUSI, Kepware Technologies, Diversified Communications, Patrons Oxford, MEMIC, Tilson Technologies and Clark Insurance.
Lisa volunteers in her community to bridge connections between immigrants and city residents. She has served on numerous local and national volunteer boards, written and published more than 50 articles, taught at several New England colleges and been honored with an International IIDA Leadership award and the 2017 CIDQ Louis Tregre Award. She is a trained mediator, master facilitator and has an M.S. in Organization + Management from Antioch University.
