Lori has held senior level positions as both an internal workplace strategist / facilitator and an external consultant on complex workplace transformations. Her collaboration with clients has included defining  – tools, measures, change management, and analysis of workplace performance. Lori’s hallmark has been tailoring processes and outcomes to the unique business needs of each organization to ensure that the workplace is doing its part to advance business and employee success. 

She has pioneered workplace experience programs and agile workplace approaches with business leaders and cross-functional partners in leading, global organizations from all industry segments.  Lori’s project leadership has achieved numerous best-practice recognitions including LEED, CoreNet Global, Contract magazine, and the AIA.
