Matt Ballantine is a digital workplace specialist who brings a combination of social science rigour and technology expertise to help clients enable their teams to get the most from modern collaboration platforms. He works with businesses across a wide range of industries in the public, private and third sectors.
After graduating with a degree in Sociology with Computing and his early career, Matt worked in senior management roles at the BBC, Thomson Reuters, Microsoft and global marketing agency Imagination. Intentionally seeking diverse professional experiences, he has worked in technology, marketing and learning and development teams.
For the past six years his consulting work has focused on the need to join up physical and digital workspaces with aligned company policies, leadership role-modeling, and the need to foster adaptive thinking in the broader workforce. He has developed a series of innovative techniques to achieve this that engage a sense of play and fun in problem-solving and change.
