Paul Armstrong is an accomplished Learning and Development professional, having spent a number of years in senior corporate roles leading global L&D teams in the energy sector.
Early in his career, recognising his passion for problem solving, he trained as an engineer before moving into training, human resources and L&D, which still fulfils his appetite for problem solving, but now through people. More recently he chose to leave the corporate world and became an independent consultant, working with various international and UK clients designing learning strategies, virtual leadership development, executive and team coaching, as well as leading on culture and performance change initiatives.
Paul is authentic, engaging, and a natural relationship builder, always focusing on the client’s world to create a genuine partnership and unlock the barriers to success. He thrives from seeing businesses, teams and individuals grow and perform better than they believed they could.
