Renu Grover is an organizational change management professional with experience in strategy, stakeholder alignment, strategic communications, and employee engagement. Renu has been trained in Change Management through her work with Bain Consulting and Columbia University’s Center for Leadership.

Renu has worked with CEOs and leadership teams across the private, non-profit, and public sectors. She has helped leadership teams accomplish initiatives such as transitioning towards a hybrid remote workplace, organizational redesign, digitalization, business unit integration, and more.

She brings forward best practices around client relationship management, effective decision-making, cross-company collaboration, and systems to measure progress. Renu enables successful adoption of change by developing business tools that measure progress and by collaborating with key stakeholders.

She has worked with organizations such as BART (Public Transit Agency in the San Francisco Bay Area), Egon Zehnder, The State of Louisiana, University of Wyoming, The Johns Hopkins University, Children’s Aid Society, Girls Who Code, Flatiron School, and more.

Renu has a Master’s in Public Administration, with a concentration in Organizational Development from Columbia University’s School of Public & International Affairs. She also is a Fellow with On Deck, a Silicon Valley network connecting start-up founders with top talent across the world. She is based in San Francisco, California. Renu loves running, hiking, cooking, and playing chess.
