The Issue

As organisations increasingly rely on the energy and ingenuity of ‘knowledge worker’ communities for commercial success, so the workplace experience matters more than ever in enabling elite performance and retaining and recruiting the best talent.

In this session we’ll explore how organisations can design systems, measurements and processes to manage the performance of modern workplace experiences.
