Change Management

We deliver change programmes that support your workplace objectives, foster a culture of collaboration and productivity and equip your people for their transition to a digital workplace experience.

Our job as Change Managers is to bring workplace strategy to life by implementing long term strategic change. We’re the ‘glue’, working with other leaders and specialists making sure that the space, technology, working practices, processes, behaviours and adoption training are all co-ordinated so that they all harmonise to create a new positive experience for everyone.

Our Change Managers are trained in our very unique and holistic approach

They have a broad range of knowledge from behavioural change, IT, workplace design, workplace delivery, workplace management, psychology, project management and sustainability.

How to Prepare for Change In the Workplace

Effective Change Management models are about preparing and supporting people to adopt new thinking, behaviours, practices, understandings and competences.

We know that to achieve exceptional performance we have to work on personal habits, competences, community practices, organisational culture and workplace infrastructure all at the same time. Our programmes put the human behaviour and cultural change at their heart, a core value of our approach.

Our first job is to set up an ‘Organisation for change’ making sure everyone involved knows their role in the change process and share a common vision.

Engagement and inclusiveness are our watchwords (we don’t ‘do’ change to our clients). Business and workplace leaders get involved with us in developing change programmes which they deliver with their change agents along with our organisational change management processes, skills, training, support and expertise.

We facilitate your organisation in transitioning to new models of working by developing programmes that equip everyone with the knowledge, understandings and skill they need. Old habits die hard so facilitation, communication, coaching, mentoring and support for leaders, Champions and the project teams is key. Sustained change is our goal and to achieve that change must come from within.

New technologies are commonly part of transformational change programs. We support technology adoption as part of our effective change approach, helping everyone to be confident in using new technology tools.

Preparing your joined up Workforce

We want to create great workplace experiences, so we work as a standing member of the programme team taking the role of ‘user’ champion to make sure the Workplace Strategy is delivered, and the design of the workplace experience is seamless.

We don’t stop when the project team has gone away and the change occures. We believe that ‘Day 1’ of the change and beyond are equally as important as the change process. We work to put in place new Workplace Management tools and mechanisms, tune workplace infrastructure and practices, evolve behaviours and perform formal evaluations to collect feedback and modify processes and solutions for refinement.
We facilitate leaders, teams and communities in gaining new ‘working apart’ understandings and give them the tools to work effectively together when they are apart. This is important as companies introduce working from home strategies. Managing a change in a virtual team can assist in the transition to remote working.

Every organisation has their own culture and behaviour embedded into their framework and people.

In order to break selected patterns and foster beneficial aspects, behavioural change management techniques will have to be applied.
