Change Management

Change Management

We deliver change programmes that support your workplace objectives and foster a culture of collaboration and productivity.

Our job as Change Managers is to bring workplace strategy to life. We’re the ‘glue’, working with other leaders and specialists making sure that the space, technology, working practices, processes and behaviours are all co-ordinated so that they all harmonise to create a new positive experience for everyone.

Our Change Managers are trained in our very unique and holistic approach

They have a broad range of knowledge from behavioural change, IT, workplace design, workplace delivery, workplace management, psychology, project management and sustainability.

How to Prepare for Change In the Workplace

Much of Change Management is about preparing and supporting people to adopt new thinking, behaviours and practices.

We know that to achieve exceptional performance we have to work on personal habits, community practices, organisational culture and workplace infrastructure all at the same time. So, our programmes put the human behaviour and cultural change at their heart, a core value of our approach.

Our first job is to set up an ‘Organisation for change’ making sure everyone involved knows their role in the change process and share a common vision.

Engagement and inclusiveness are our watchwords. (We don’t ‘do’ change to our clients). Business and workplace leaders get involved with us in developing change programmes which they deliver with their change agents along with our change management skills, training, support and expertise.

We provide coaching, mentoring and support to leaders and Champions so they can be effective in managing change discussions and rehearsed scenarios.

We support technology adoption as part of our change approach helping everyone to be confident in using new technology tools.

Preparing your joined up Workforce

We want to create great workplace experiences, so we work as a standing member of the programme team taking the role of ‘user’ champion to make sure the Workplace Strategy is delivered, and the design of the workplace experience is seamless.

We don’t stop when the project team has gone away. Day 1 of the change and beyond we work to put in place new Workplace Management mechanisms, tune workplace infrastructure and practices, evolve behaviours and perform formal evaluations to collect feedback and modify processes and solutions for refinement.
We facilitate leaders, teams and communities in gaining new ‘working apart’ understandings and give them the tools to work effectively together when they are apart.

Every organisation has their own culture and behaviour embedded into their framework and people.

In order to break selected patterns and foster beneficial aspects, behavioural change management techniques will have to be applied.
