The Issue

Using technology (Internet of Things, AI, Big Data) to monitor and manage workplace performance is a fast-changing landscape. Many workplace leaders are led by technology providers, rather than being clear about what they want/need from their data and systems.

Our Workshop debunks technology speak and provides attendees with a framework for thinking about and developing systems for managing the modern workplace experience.

Case study: Strategic Workplace Capacity Management

David is an Industrial Engineer, for the last 10+ years working as a real estate specialist at the intersection of corporate real estate and business operations. Success in this arena means understanding C-suite business drivers, market dynamics around labor and real estate and the needs of the business operations teams.

David’s responsibility is to deliver creative, data-driven solutions to ensure the company is able to drive its business forward – developing and implementing technology platforms that manage, maintain, and improve a real estate portfolio. This involves developing the business case, identifying options, crafting the solution, and then managing the implementation. He will share his experience with the group during the case study.
