Sean Maywood - Mental Heath First Aid Instructor, PwC

Sean leads on Mental Health training at PwC UK.

Sean acquired his accreditation to deliver mental health first aid through MHFAEngland in 2018 and has trained more than 750 PwC staff in MHFA and a further 2000+ in MH awareness. Sean has shared PwC UK’s experience with MH training with more than 30 other PwC territories and is the firm’s link with the Mind Forward Alliance.  He has regularly contributed to panel discussions open to firms throughout the UK.

Sean has also delivered training outside of PwC, including Youth MHFA for schools in Bradford, McLaren Formula One Racing Team, and various charities and social entrepreneurships. Sean has delivered more than 100 Two Day MHFA courses and nearly 40 other courses through the same body.

Prior to joining PwC, Sean was a teacher in secondary schools across Kent, Sussex, and the London Borough of Bromley for 25 years, with various roles and responsibilities during that time.

Lauren Gant - PhD, CPE, WELL AP | Senior Workplace Advisory Manager

Dr. Lauren Gant, PhD, CPE, WELL AP a Senior Workplace Advisory Manager at HNI. Lauren is highly involved in product development, research of emerging trends, and to the application of human-centric design principles in the workplace. Her goal is to ensure that the design of products and environments encourage health, promote productivity, and foster inclusivity for a broad spectrum of worker types, sizes, capabilities, and backgrounds. Lauren is also involved in education for our clients and end users. Lauren has taught engineering and ergonomics courses at the university level, has conducted extensive research in the field of ergonomics, and holds a doctoral degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Iowa. Lauren is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Iowa, is a member of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society, and is a Certified Professional Ergonomist, granted by the Board of Certification in Professional Ergonomics. Lauren is also a WELL Accredited Professional, a WELL Advisor, and a Fitwel Ambassador, and is qualified to provide guidance regarding health and wellness in the built environment.

Ann Kiceluk - Chief People Officer, World Vision UK

Ann Kiceluk is the Chief People Officer for World Vision UK. The World Vision partnership is the largest international children’s charity which works in over 100 countries globally. She formerly worked as the Executive Director of People, for the Royal Society of Birds (RSPB) for 9 years.

Ann has over 30 years’ experience in the people and organisational development field. Her experience spans the university sector, the public sector and she has worked in the charity sector for the last 12 years.

Ann has an undergraduate degree in employee relations and psychology and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management as well as being a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

In her personal life, Ann volunteers with British Cycling and in her local community, including as a Trustee for a local charity.
