At this in-person breakfast event for senior leaders, taking place at BDO’s impressive London headquarters, special guests and top business leaders Peter Haigh, Chairman of Mintel (one of the world’s leading market research firms) and Ben Roberts, CEO of the British Film Institute (the UK’s lead organisation for film and moving image) will share their personal learnings and insights from leading their respective hybrid organisations through the last 15 months to  ‘go hybrid’ long term.

Hear how the leaders have successfully navigated all the common pitfalls and challenges associated with officializing their long term hybrid model, including:

  • Do we really need everyone back in the office long-term?
  • What’s the best way for our people to communicate and collaborate?
  • How has our own role changed and what skills have we had to develop?
  • How can we build trust but keep our workers accountable?
  • How can we continue to enrich the experience of our people in a hybrid model?
  • Can we now truly build organisations where our people can work from anywhere in the world?

They will share the pros and cons to making the change, how their cultures have evolved, how their processes, policies, practices and measurements have changed, and how well middle managers have accommodated leading hybrid teams. All this as well as a host of personal tips and recommendations to anyone wanting their organisation to ‘go hybrid’ long term.

Discussions will be led by Brad Taylor of AWA and Ross Robertson of BDO, both highly experienced in supporting the cultural transformations to hybrid working and addressing cross border taxation issues with leading international organisations.
