Brad Taylor
Brad Taylor is a director of consulting at AWA and is head of our senior leader forum, the AWA Institute.
He is a qualified senior HR professional with more than 30 years’ experience in the finance and professional association sectors. He has a particular focus on people strategy, workplace transformation, organisational development, culture, change programmes, and employee engagement. Brad previously held roles as People & Workplace Director for the CIPD and CIMA, as well as HR roles at Barclays Plc.
At AWA Brad has worked with a number of organisations including Amnesty International, Pearson and Microsoft. He has delivered workplace experience learning programmes for the AWA Institute and hosted senior HR and FM round tables. He also advises clients on people and OD change and transformation.
Brad is a chartered fellow at the CIPD. He has been a host and speaker at the CIPD Annual Conference and Festival of Work, a judge for the CIPD People Management Awards and he contributed to Managing Workplace Health and Wellbeing During a Crisis by Cary Cooper and Ian Hesketh.
