Celeste Tell is a senior associate at AWA specializing in workplace strategy, design, branded environments, communications and change management.
An interdisciplinary designer, strategist, systems thinker and change agent, Celeste is passionate about developing integrated, agile workplace strategies to support innovation, change and transformation at every level. She is known for her ability to work closely with leaders to craft actionable roadmaps in alignment with business, people and climate goals. Key to her success are deep insights gleaned from experience on many sides of the table — end-user/occupier, consultant, workplace design, engineering, marketing, branding and communications roles. She believes that sustainability has a role in everything we do and is committed to bringing Circular Economics into every conversation.
Celeste has led strategic initiatives for public and private sector clients including Willis Towers Watson, Google, Alaska Airlines Group, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Dendreon, City & County of Honolulu, Seattle Public Utilities, T-Mobile, Parametrix, WSDOT, Seattle Public Schools, Commerzbank, ABN AMRO and others
A thought leader in the broader workplace arena, for more than 20 years she has been a key participant in multiple national workplace consortiums, as well as a speaker and participating author for key industry books. Celeste has a master’s in Design Strategy from the Institute of Design, Illinois Institute of Technology.
