Charlotte Moon
Charlotte is a dynamic and client-focused workplace strategy and change management expert with a wealth of experience in leadership, complex portfolio transformation, multidisciplinary team leadership, and project delivery. For the past 15 years she has specialised in developing and deploying ambitious Future of Work transformation programmes for the world’s leading companies.
Charlotte holds a BSc (Hons) in Architectural and Interdisciplinary Studies from The Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London. She has extensive international experience and has led high profile workplace projects in Switzerland, Luxembourg, Poland, The Netherlands and Italy. Charlotte speaks French with moderate fluency and has basic skills in Italian and Spanish.
Charlotte has spent the past 2 years seconded to HSBC leading the deployment of the bank’s Corporate Real Estate, Workplace and Future of Work strategies across the UK and Europe. In parallel she developed and delivered a complex regional change management programme to ensure that the necessary shift in working patterns, culture and behaviours was established in readiness for HSBC’s desired future business strategy.
