Monique is a Senior Associate based in France.

With a diverse background in interior design and management, directly relating to workplace strategy consulting, Monique’s expertise lies in effective communication, enabling clients to articulate their objectives and aspirations with ease.

Monique started her career in commercial interior design, where she focused on retail at JGA, Inc, creating  prototype designs for several established brands all over the US.   She has since acquired her MBA and transitioned into workplace design and strategy, serving as Design Director for MarxModa, based outside of Detroit, Michigan.

Following a decade in the USA, Monique took her skillset to Artdesk in Paris, France, specialising in workplace strategy and client relations.

Monique holds a Bachelor of Interior Architecture and Design from Lawrence Technological University, as well as an MBA from Walsh College of Accountancy and Business.
