Nathan Gupta joined AWA as an associate in 2023. His professional background has been in the intersect between the creative arts and science communication.

Nathan’s previous role was the Head of Research and Community for a neuroscience-backed business consultancy start-up.

His educational background is an MSc in Cognition and Neuroscience and a BSc in Cognitive Psychology. Nathan’s thesis explored the role of neuro-stimulation techniques to facilitate a flow state experience in the workplace. He has a keen interest in how to optimise for more meaningful and productive work through entering a flow state.
