Niall is AWA’s Director of AI Transformation and helps organisations begin their journey to workplace transformation using Artificial Intelligence. He brings extensive experience in digital transformation having worked at Accenture, Liberty Insurance and Google, where he worked for 14 years. He helps leaders visualise how their organisation can get their arms around AI and bring their teams with them, and guide them through the change journey as they mobilise AI. He spent a year embedding Generative AI in Google Cloud’s internal operations across a global organisation.

Niall has designed and delivered new operating models including sales and customer support models at Google. He has a wealth of experience in leading multi-disciplinary, international teams across various geographic locations, achieving strong business results. He has a strong background in consulting and programme & change management. He is a certified PROSCI Change Management practitioner and a champion of developing positive organisational culture.

Niall has a Masters in Chemical Engineering from Queen’s University, Belfast.
