Nick Wright is an AWA senior associate specialising in internal communication, engagement, and change.

As an adviser to chief executives and leadership teams, Nick has worked in environments spanning ambitious entrepreneurial businesses all the way through to large corporates. He currently works with a diverse range of clients in sectors such as technology, financial services, food and drink, and pharmaceuticals.

Having had experience in senior positions both in-house and in consultancy, he values the ability to both think and do and has delivered a range of assignments in the context of workplace change. The Covid-19 pandemic led to renewed interest in the role of work and the workplace and has shone a spotlight on the importance of effective communication.

In recent years Nick has acted as an independent member of the Government Communications Service capability review team. Since 2016 he has been a visiting speaker on internal communication and culture at the University of Westminster, MA in Public Relations. Nick is also a member of the CIPR and is a fellow of the RSA.
