Nigel Bunclark
Nigel is a Senior Associate with over 20 years of experience as a project director and workplace strategist. He specialises in estate strategy, workplace design, and capital projects, helping organisations align property solutions with business goals. With extensive client-side experience as an occupier of corporate real estate, Nigel brings empathy and insight into the practical needs and challenges faced by teams implementing workplace change.
He focuses on managing change and delivering new ways of working programmes that transform workplaces and practices. Nigel works closely with stakeholders to develop sustainable solutions tailored to organisational requirements. By combining data-driven estate planning with innovative workplace strategies, he creates environments that support productivity and employee engagement.
Nigel has managed significant programmes from concept to operation, overseeing complex projects across sectors. His engagements include financial services, public sector, and infrastructure organisations, such as Blackstone, Macquarie, Barclays, AXA, Arriva, the British Council, Network Rail, and the Competition & Markets Authority (CMA).
Nigel holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a Bachelor Honours Degree in Engineering from UWE Bristol. He is also an APM practitioner for PRINCE2 and Managing Successful Programmes (MSP).
