Pat Turnbull
Pat Turnbull is a senior associate at AWA. She is responsible for helping organizations leverage their workplace to improve human performance and business outcomes through the evaluation of, and transition to, remote, hybrid and other work models.
Pat specializes in developing business strategies and an organizational mindset that aligns the workforce, workplace, and technologies to deliver remarkable experiences, enhanced employee satisfaction and accelerated business success. A skilled facilitator and communicator, Pat is passionate about leveraging the workplace as a strategic and transformational asset that helps people to work at their best every day – from anywhere.
Pat has 25 years of business and C-suite level experience. Her academic and professional achievements include an MA in Business/Organizational Design at UCLA. Pat is also a LEED Accredited Professional and an IFMA fellow. She has previously been chair of the IFMA Foundation and director at IFMA’s global Board of Directors. Pat was on the Board of Advisors, Illinois Tech’s Stuart School of Business and was a founding member of IFMA’s Workplace Evolutionaries. She speaks regularly at global conferences and is an award-winning author. Pat recently published Work on the Move 3 – Building Better Workplaces after the Pandemic. She is an adjunct professor at the Vienna University of Technology (TU WIEN), Institute for Real Estate & Facility Management.
