Paul Adams is a business coaching associate. He helps to recruit new members to the AWA Institute and assists with the planning, set-up and coordination of the many Institute events that run throughout the year.

Paul previously spent more than a decade as Head of Workplace at PwC in London. He was responsible for the day-to-day running of all of PwC’s offices across the UK. In total, he spent 25 years at PwC, working ‘at the coalface’ of facilities management. During this time, he helped to spearhead major transformation projects that would serve to raise the profile of a complex and ever-evolving industry. He retired in August 2018 before joining AWA.

Prior to joining PwC, Paul worked at IBM for 17 years. At the company he received his professional management training, whilst holding leading positions in computer operations and facilities management.

Paul is also a personal life coach and is committed to helping people remove the obstacles that prevent them from realising their potential. Recognised for his effective leadership, smart thinking and positivity, Paul brings his wealth of experience across both industries to AWA.
