About the Index
You can now access the findings of the third edition of our Hybrid Working Index. The widely reported and industry-recognized Index tracks the development of hybrid working strategies and office attendance rates over time across the world.
This most recent report features data from 119 offices across the globe, representing a total population of 155,000 employees operating in 15 sectors and 22 countries.
Among many other insights, the report reveals that overall office attendance has increased 6% in just over a year. The intensity of office use has increased too, with organizations disposing of or monetising space where they can.
Each participating organization completed a short questionnaire, detailing for each of their locations the hybrid policies they had implemented, the total number of employees and desks in each building, and the number of people using the office each day in a typical week.
This information has enabled us to create a detailed picture of hybrid working policy and office use across multiple sectors and geographies. The results are presented in this report.
