Hybrid working: have we reached a steady state?

The third edition of our Hybrid Working Index assesses how hybrid working is transforming the world of work. The report analyses the different types of hybrid working policies, the proportion of workers coming into the office, the impact on the usage of workspace and the real estate decisions that are being made by leaders as a result.

In this episode we take a close look at some of the findings from the most recent report, which includes data from more than 150,000 people working in 15 sectors and 22 countries.

In addition to hearing from AWA founder Andrew Mawson and workplace strategist Joshua Sumner, we speak to Steve Chapman, a contributor to the survey. Steve works for the UK Government’s Home Office and he tells us about how the Index and the wider utilization data helps to inform decisions about the Home Office estate.

Tune in to discover how our Hybrid Working Index can inform your organizational decision-making and provide valuable benchmarking data across locations and industry sectors.
