Philippa Hale
Philippa Hale is a senior associate with more than 25 years’ experience in workplace practice change, disruptive digital evolution and learning.
An inspiring coach and facilitator, Philippa has worked with AWA clients for many years, providing project leadership and support behind the scenes. Her particular strength is in the all-important mindset change that accompanies successful workspace changes. She helps managers to engage with their teams and each other, and to implement new ways of working, using AWA’s well-researched and proven methods.
Philippa has worked with leaders across the world to enhance their individual professional development. She has also supported teams managing major organisation transformations. These range from fast-growing SMEs, where she helps to implement process and structure while protecting the organisation’s culture and creativity, to large organisations looking to adopt more agile ways of working.
Brought up bilingual in French and English, Philippa has an MA in French and Italian from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Organisational Behaviour from the University of London, Birkbeck.
An executive fellow at Henley Business School for many years, Philippa taught on the Organisation Change modules on Henley’s MBA programmes. She also designed and delivered Organisation Change modules on many customised leadership development programmes.
