Alison Hall is a senior associate and a change management professional with significant experience in general/operations management. She has a particular interest in the psychology and practice of change.

Alison has a record of successfully delivering complex cross-disciplined programmes requiring a high degree of political awareness and first-class stakeholder management across all levels. Formerly Director of Change with Guardian News & Media, Alison managed the transformation programmes around relocation and accommodation, international expansion (in the US and Australia), business restructuring and the programme management of new digital platforms and technologies.

Alison gained valuable experience in New York and has subsequently worked with Conde Nast, Science (Damien Hirst), Irish Life, Artfarm (part of Hauser & Wirth), London & Partners, UCB, the Greater London Authority and the Royal Academy of Arts.

Alison studied languages (MA Hons) at Edinburgh University and has completed programmes at Harvard Business School, Cranfield, CIPD and Ashridge Management School.
