Anne Balle is a senior associate and AWA’s change management SME.

Anne is a highly experienced change management expert. She constantly develops new tools, approaches and processes to suit the evolving needs and requirements of our clients. Anne leads change management projects, coaches leaders and develops and runs courses in change management and facilitation.

In her role at AWA, Anne advises senior managers about how they can utilise space as a strategic tool to deliver increased performance through enhanced collaboration and flexibility. Her strong communication skills also help to facilitate dialogue in various formats across all levels of an organisation.

Anne has been the fixed change management consultant for DeepMind for the past three and a half years. She is AWA’s Microsoft global lead and has led complex change projects across the world for, among others, Twitter, Google, WTW and Allen & Overy.
