Lisa Sarjeant
Lisa Sarjeant is a senior associate and HR expert for AWA. She works with clients to ensure all aspects of the People Agenda are fit for future working practices – whether the staff are working on site, remotely or are adopting a hybrid work model.
Lisa is an accomplished and qualified senior HR professional with more than 30 years’ experience delivering results at both strategic and operational levels across the public, private and third sectors. She oversaw the CIPD’s HR and Organisational Development activities, working alongside the senior leadership team and supporting the Institute’s Mission for ‘Better Work and Working Lives’. Lisa was also responsible for all workspaces and took the lead on major building design and workplace improvement projects.
Lisa supports companies to drive business improvements through the implementation of effective people and workplace practices. She provides strategic advice to chief executives and senior leaders who want to develop their businesses, improve their workplace culture and create a better place to work. She is an experienced coach and mentor and develops management teams to improve their people development skills, including those relating to health and wellbeing.
Lisa is a chartered fellow of CIPD and is qualified in a range of psychometric assessments to support people development initiatives.
