She is passionate about helping organizations achieve short and long-term workplace and portfolio efficiencies by understanding their drivers and goals, developing strategies, strength-based cultures, robust change management frameworks and implementation roadmaps.
Nida uses her globally diverse experience to help companies assess and analyze their portfolios, solve problems and develop future strategies. Her 360-degree portfolio and workplace lifecycle experience offers a unique and holistic perspective – from strategic planning to a detailed operational level. She has a keen eye for mapping where clients are on their journey, putting teams together that best fit their needs and delivering tangible results.
Nida’s flexible mindset and tailored approach has been key to her success with global and national Fortune 500 companies of all sizes and at every level, both as an owner and a consultant. Nida has worked with Google, Barclays, Standard Chartered Bank, Facebook, Twitter, PG&E, Farmers, JLL and C&W. A trained architect, Nida also holds a master’s degree in Commercial Real Estate Development from Roosevelt University in Chicago. She serves on the board of Commercial Women in Real Estate (CREW) and is active in local and national CoreNet initiatives.
