Prior to the pandemic, international health insurance and healthcare group, Bupa, had embraced flexible working across all of its office sites but like so many other businesses, have since adapted to it on a large, unprecedented scale for their office-based teams.
Karen speaks to Bupa’s Property Director, Neil Jones, who spearheaded the change, to learn about the key considerations, the impact it’s had on the business since 2020, the reaction of staff, and the key challenges and learnings throughout the process.
