Kate is a senior workplace strategy leader with more than 20 years of international experience spanning Workplace Strategy, Organisational Change, Strategic Business Development, Corporate Real Estate, and Facilities Management. She has supported organisations across North America, EMEA, and APAC, advising C-suite leaders and driving enterprise transformation across industries and market cycles.

Kate is known for moving seamlessly between the strategic and the operational, delivering the trusted counsel that helps senior leaders make confident decisions.

Kate connects workplace decisions to the business drivers that matter most — productivity, talent retention, and portfolio optimisation. A former globally ranked competitive rock climber, she brings championship-level discipline and rigour to every engagement.

She currently lives in Paris, has a BSc in Sociology and is a PROSCI Certified Change Management Practitioner.
