Brad is a qualified senior HR professional with more than 30 years’ experience in the finance and professional association sectors. In his role as Director at AWA, he is highly experienced and specialises in people strategy, workplace transformation, organisational development, culture, change programmes, and employee engagement.

Niall Marshall - Director of AI Change Management, AWA

Niall is AWA’s Director of AI Transformation and helps organisations begin their journey to workplace transformation using Artificial Intelligence. He brings extensive experience in digital transformation having worked at Accenture, Liberty Insurance and Google, where he worked for 14 years. He helps leaders visualise how their organisation can get their arms around AI and bring their teams with them, and guide them through the change journey as they mobilise AI. He spent a year embedding Generative AI in Google Cloud’s internal operations across a global organisation.

Chris Gallaher - AI Strategy Consultant, Trainer & Prompt Engineering Expert

Chris is an AI strategy consultant and prompt engineering specialist with over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and training. He works with mid-market and enterprise organisations to design and implement AI strategies that deliver measurable commercial impact across business functions.

Chris has spent two decades designing and delivering training programmes, and now applies this expertise to upskilling teams in AI usage and prompt engineering. He is currently developing a SaaS platform built on agentic AI, helping organisations leverage internal co-pilot environments where access to external AI tools is restricted.
Recognised as a leading voice in prompt engineering, Chris is also writing a book on the subject, focused on real-world application and business value.
