Chris is a results-driven leader known for building high-performing teams and successfully delivering complex projects with a collaborative, people-focused approach. He is an experienced Corporate Real Estate (CRE), Construction, and Facilities Management (FM) specialist, bringing over 44 years of executive-level leadership across the UK and international within the Defence Industry.​

Throughout his career with BAE Systems, Chris has held key roles at both Head Office and operational business levels. He has led multi-disciplinary teams in delivering major site regeneration projects, strategic estate rationalisation, and the development and implementation of a centralised FM capability—Workplace Services—across 33 UK sites.​

Chris has overseen numerous construction initiatives and office relocations both domestically and internationally, including projects in India, the Middle East, and Europe. Most notably, he directed the transformation programme at Portsmouth Naval Base, enabling the arrival of the Royal Navy’s new aircraft carriers. He also developed a strategic proposal for the estates management and operation of a new naval base for the Qatar Emiri Naval Force.
