Damian Mears

Damian is a workplace strategist and operational leader specialising in hybrid working, organisational effectiveness and people‑centred change. He brings deep experience shaping workplace experience, FM operations and behavioural adoption across global organisations.

Damian holds a BA (Hons) in Communication from Bournemouth University.

His recent work includes leading workplace strategy, wellbeing and sustainability for JLL’s EMEA flagship office, delivering hybrid working and workplace experience transformation at Arm UK, and advising organisations on operational design, digital engagement and AI‑enabled ways of working.
