Emily is an experienced change professional based in Beijing with a background in human resources, soft skills training and international project management.

She has over 12 years of experience in international design coordination and has worked as Project Director for BMW R&D Beijing, Audi R&D Beijing and ZDEISS China in Shanghai.

Emily has a B.A. in English literature and Business Administration.

Having held significant roles previously, as Vice General Manager/Project Partner, Emily is confident with high level stakeholders, has strong negotiation skills and can bond teams together effectively.

With a  strong background in client management and project management, she has worked in the arts industry, with several Beijing stadiums and National Art museums. Working at Motorola, she became a strong public speaker who is confident delivering training sessions.
