Hans is a workplace and facilities management systems specialist with extensive experience spanning interior architecture, operational FM delivery, and enterprise workplace technologies across both private and public sector organisations.
His work sits at the intersection of workplace strategy, building systems, and organisational performance, supporting global corporate clients as well as government, healthcare, and education institutions. He has led and advised on complex workplace transformation programmes, including hybrid working strategies, return-to-work planning, and the integration of CAFM, IWMS, IoT and access-based systems within operational environments.
Hans has a particular interest in how workplace environments evolve in response to changing patterns of work, and how organisations can better align space, technology, and workforce behaviour. He has contributed to discussions and research initiatives in this area with leading academic institutions, including Imperial College London, where he is connected to programmes exploring digital twin and urban health applications.
Alongside his consulting work, Hans is an active contributor to emerging thinking around the future of workplace intelligence, focusing on how organisations can move beyond static measurement towards more adaptive and integrated models of workplace performance.
