Lara Al Ansari joined AWA as an associate in 2021. Her main responsibilities involve project delivery and research, both internally and externally.

Lara has supported a range of clients in their workplace strategy and change management efforts, including, but not limited to, the following sectors – education, finance, public sector, and not-for-profit.

She also leads and contributes to many of AWA’s research and data analysis initiatives, including reports on the Future of Work in London and Managing Mental Workload.

Lara has a BSc in psychology from Durham University and an MSc in organisational and social psychology from the London School of Economics.
