Martin Ellison
Martin has over 35 years experience in commercial interiors having specialised in this area of construction for the majority of his career. Throughout that time, he has worked with a wide variety of sectors including commercial office, health care, retail and education. Martin has had the benefit of working both on the clients side and from the contractors viewpoint, therefore understanding the processes and challenges that both have.
Martin’s wide experience in the market means he has developed an understanding of all aspects of Project Management from initial building/space inspections through design co-ordination, services advice and co-ordination, all QS functions, Building Control, CDM, and management of site Construction activities.
He operates with a level-headed calm approach, building positive relationships with all members of a project team. He is always looking to learn and expand his knowledge and he likes to be involved with processes that initially seem outside his brief but can have a useful impact on the success of the fit-out.
Martin has previously held senior roles throughout the industry, but has over the past 10 years concentrated on the Project Management and QS support for interior projects.
