Pallab Kakoti

Pallab is the Workplace Analytics and Insights Lead at AWA. He combines data science, neuroscience and technology to shape how organisations design, measure and adopt new ways of working.

He holds a PhD in Applied Sciences, with research focused on neuro-imaging data analysis for mental health, built on earlier degrees in the physical sciences. Before joining AWA he worked in product ownership and project management, leading neurophysiology research programmes and driving IT change management as a solution architect for developer teams.

At AWA, Pallab builds AI agentic and automation workflows and develops the data analysis and insights that underpin workplace strategy projects. He leads change management programmes for global clients and designs and delivers training programmes that give leaders practical tools for cognitive performance and wellbeing. His approach combines analytical depth with the practical demands of change, turning workplace data into decisions clients can act on.
