Sampada is an experienced professional with a background in architecture and international business management. She excels in change management, bringing empathy, strong communication, and interpersonal skills to her assignments. Her attention to detail and design, alongside her research orientation, make her an asset to any team.​

Sampada holds a Bachelor of Architecture and an MSc in International Business Management. Having worked in both the UK and India, she has been with AWA as an associate consultant since early 2024. Sampada is registered with the India Council of Architecture.

She has honed her design and problem-solving skills through her work at SANS Architects and Interior Designers and as a freelance 3D visualizer. Her diverse skill set is further enriched by her internships at Sprout – Greening Ideas and AWA, where she gained valuable insights and experience. Currently, she is project support for Microsoft India’s change management project.
