She has more than 30 years’ experience as an HR leader across technology and telecoms, and is a Fellow of the CIPD and an executive coach.

Chief Financial Officer, Amnesty International
Rohan runs finance, information technology and legal at Amnesty International’s International Secretariat. Amnesty’s people work under intense pressure, championing human rights around the world, and their workplace has to support that work. A chartered accountant, Rohan has held CFO and COO roles for 20 years, including senior posts at the British Red Cross and RNIB.
