Conrad is a Workplace Strategy and Change Management expert. As a thought leader, Conrad is passionate about shaping workplaces where people feel engaged, supported, and empowered. Drawing on his experience and expertise in workplace design, behavioural psychology, organisational development, and executive coaching, he creates people-focused environments that not only boost business performance and productivity but also encourage inclusion, well-being, and growth.​

He is a certified (APMG) Change Management Practitioner and holds an Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching and Organisational Development from the Association of Coaching. Conrad also holds a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Building Studies.​

His recent project experience includes delivering workplace transformation and strategy projects across high profile clients. This includes office fit-outs for PwC Real Estate across the UK, a strategy and design playbook for Aon, and an agile working programme for Liberty Global’s Amsterdam campus.​
